- SUCCESSES The Fairfield Inn & Suites project framed using BMC's Ready-Frame® proved successful due in part to the strength of the QBT quality control program.
- CHALLENGES Some of the biggest project challenges stemmed from supplier and material delays which offset the project schedules. Adapting project timelines and client expectations proved difficult, but a challenge overcome through strategic planning and quick reaction by the QBT team.
- WHAT DID WE LEARN? This project reinforced the importance for taking a proactive approach to any build and the added value of working with a company like QBT.
