- SUCCESSES QBT joined the Grasslands Condos project on two weeks notice to replace another company and performed the same scope of work in about three weeks less than the original builder planned, meanwhile prioritizing and matching budgets with appropriate re-allocations to optimize budget utilization.
- CHALLENGES Mobilizing on short notice tasked our teams to adapting to a condensed timeline without compromising the quality of our craftsmanship. Through frequent and consistent communications, scheduling and budget considerations, QBT crews managed the project with Philgreen Construction to completion in less than four weeks!
