- SUCCESSES The completion of the Jacoby Farms Townhomes project with BMC's Ready-Frame® was a testament to proven process. By using the processes and procedures established during the ETC Contracting Creekside Townhomes project, we ensured consistency with created efficiencies.
- CHALLENGES During this time, QBT had the challenge and privilege of hiring and training a superintendent completely new to the business. This provided an opportunity for professional development with the added value of a new perspective to the project.
