- SUCCESSES The Outlook at Seven Hills townhome project was the first where we rolled out our ZERO $ Change Order Guarantee delivering the project both on time and on budget.
- CHALLENGES At the time of project start, the development did not have any roads or infrastructure prior to mobilization by QBT. We worked with Evergreen Devco as a team from pre-construction to overcome challenging onsite issues these circumstances caused.
- WHAT DID WE LEARN? We learned, above all else, that a client that truly believes in working as a team is the most important part of a successful project. We also learned the power of the QBT quality control program is undeniable where documentation, daily reporting, and frequent communication make a world of difference in keeping a project on track.
