- CHALLENGES When QBT was awarded the business with Toll Brothers, The Hills project was already underway and had fallen behind schedule with known inefficiencies. QBT teams and crews were tasked with readying labor, familiarizing crews with model types quickly, creating efficiencies and workflows, meanwhile successfully transitioning the project.
