PROJECT TYPE 4-STORY HOTEL
- SUCCESSES Woodspring Suites was QBT's first hotel project and the first large project completed using BMC's Ready-Frame®. The project was completed weeks ahead of schedule and paved the scalable growth for QBT.
- CHALLENGES Not having the materials included in QBT's contract proved disrupting to the project workflow and impacted scheduling. However, though challenging, this oversight proved to be an opportunity for QBT to manage the supplier and material relationship directly, meanwhile adding value back to the client.
- WHAT DID WE LEARN? We learned the importance of developing and providing a turnkey solution to our clients that would inevitably address typical project barriers, create project efficiencies, and ultimately ensure the project's overall success.
